At Pawmate, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping

Free shipping on all Australian orders over $75 AUD

A flat rate of $9.95 applies for all Australian orders under $75 AUD.

International orders are a flat rate of $25 AUD.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During peak periods, public holidays or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

Australia

Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days

International Orders

Standard International Shipping: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, customs processing and carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at hello@pawmate.com.au.

Multiple Shipments

To offer a carefully curated range of products, we work with multiple suppliers and fulfilment partners.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment where available.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • High shipping volumes
  • Circumstances beyond our control

Pawmate is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@pawmate.com.au. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@pawmate.com.au as soon as possible so we can investigate and assist.
